Ramee Guestline - Juhu

The rooms were clean, and breakfast had a delicious variety. Everyone was helpful, especially Mr Dilshad, the manager, and Alvin from housekeeping. The staff were warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout, always going out of their way to help. We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely hotel. Keep up the good work Ramee Guestline.

Everything seemed good, from the hotel itself to the location and service, except for the noise upstairs. We were in Mumbai for a wedding and came back exhausted, hoping to sleep, but the loud thumping continued above our room. We called reception several times each night and they couldn't help. The pub on the top floor plays music until 2 or 3 AM every night, so on a weekend, don't expect to sleep before around 3 AM.

The hotel is in an excellent area for getting around to other Mumbai landmarks. We also had brilliant, delicious food across the clubs, restaurants, and Nusara. Service was sincere and courteous throughout the day, from reception and the restaurant to housekeeping, the clubs, and the breakfast room. Dilshad and the team were superb. Recommended for the five-star service across the hotel. Well done, and thank you.

The staff made this feel like a home away from home. I especially appreciated Nobin and Sikander Kumar from room service, who went above and beyond to make sure my wife had a perfect stay. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, with plenty of Western favorites and authentic Indian dishes, and the team was attentive and ready to help at any hour. The hotel sits in the lively heart of Juhu, with sophisticated restaurants offering cuisines from around the world nearby. It also has three excellent dining venues and a well-equipped gym. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable stay. I can't recommend it highly enough if you're looking for a home away from home in Mumbai.
