The amenities are at the main Park Residency property, so getting breakfast or using the swimming pool means a short walk. The hotel itself is comfortable, with nicely equipped rooms that made for a pleasant stay. It’s a little set back from the main road, but still convenient.

The front office lady’s manner was the one thing I really didn’t like. If there’s a “NO” or terms and conditions to explain, it can be done calmly and in a customer-friendly way. She has a long way to go with that. Aside from this, I had a great stay: clean rooms and amenities, good food and room service, and plenty of car parking. The location is handy for several hotspots, the Collectorate is an easy walk, and bars and other restaurants are very close. I’d suggest it for families or individuals.

Parking is available, though there isn’t much of it. The room was clean and quiet, service was good and satisfying, and Park Connect is in a good location.

I stayed on 4th Apr 2025, and it turned into a nightmare. The hotel’s rigid, unwelcoming attitude made a relaxing stay impossible. My interaction with the manager, Mr. Om, was the low point. He seriously needs an emotional intelligence workshop. We demanded a refund to keep things from escalating further. I booked through Goibibo, and I pity myself for that. We found refuge at Hill View Hotel near Padamugal instead, where the hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism were miles better. I wouldn’t recommend Park Connect to anyone, not even my enemies. They should learn how real hotels operate, understand what guests expect now, and treat people with dignity. Grow up, Park Connect. Worst experience!
