Plaza Suites

At Heavenly Plaza, the security staff spoke to customers in an aggressive, rude way. They came across as hostile and unprofessional, as though they owned the plaza or had police authority, instead of helping and protecting people. Management needs to address this right away. Staff should be trained to treat customers properly, not intimidate or harass them. This behavior is highly unprofessional, and patrons may stop coming if it continues.

The security staff were hostile and acted as if they didn't know how to treat people. Their poor attitude and complete lack of professionalism spoiled the reputation of the whole place. It's a shame. Avoid it if you expect basic decency. 8-4-26 12.13Pm

There are many businesses in the building, and the bus stop right outside makes getting around fairly easy. Parking can be difficult because the supermarket below uses some of the spaces. Also, the entrance lane is narrow, so vehicles can struggle to get in or out when others are waiting.

The location is prime, with a good vicinity, but parking is a problem. The nearby mosque's azaan is quite loud, so the place might not suit offices if that would be disruptive. Oyo rooms also operate in the building, and Reliance Supermarket is on the ground floor.
