The service at Shibi's tea garden heritage resort was poor, and the owner was so rude that we left late at night and booked somewhere else. I also felt the resort was unsafe: the owner has another key and, according to what I experienced, rooms are unlocked while customers are away with their belongings inside, even after trusting that nobody would enter once we'd booked. The experience was the worst I've had recently. Zero service. Don't choose this place if you're coming with family.

I paid 3k a night, but the owner of Shibhi tea heritage resort) opened our room without telling me while our belongings were inside, then turned off the fan, saying it was to save electricity. That didn't feel safe at all. The owner was rude, and the customer service was the worst I've experienced. I left late in the evening and booked somewhere else.

There was no food available, and the place is remote, unclean, and felt unsafe. Staff didn't respond properly, and the facilities were inadequate. It was a waste of money for me, and I'd tell people not to go.

We felt right at home here. The rooms, service, and natural surroundings were all great for us.

We had a fun stay, with a lovely view and good service. It was affordable for a family or a couple.
