I booked five rooms for friends attending a wedding. The staff were polite, but some rooms had broken lights, problems with the washroom ceilings, and exhaust fans that didn't work. It inconvenienced the guests. They need to check and maintain the rooms better before assigning them.

We arrived to check in at 1 am and found the staff quite friendly. During Maha kumbh, when so many places seemed focused on making money, this hotel still acted like it was in the hospitality business and treated customers well. The breakfast was good too, and everyone liked it.

At booking, the manager was so pleasant. But during my engagement function, they shut off the DJ and wandered around looking annoyed, like we hadn't paid. I regret choosing this place and will regret it for the rest of my life. Please don't hold your function here.
