The food was tasty, and the rooms are fine for the price. It’s about 10 minutes from the station. The female receptionist was professional and dedicated. One room service boy, who was dark and pot-bellied and perhaps named Amit, was not rude, but seemed to have no idea about hospitality. He needs training, especially on respecting guests’ privacy. He would open the door without knocking first.

For a better price, call the hotel directly. The rooms have nice interiors and are good, the staff were cooperative, and cleanliness was okay. Good for couples. These are genuine reviews from 2024.

We were a family of five arriving quite late at night, and the owner and staff were attentive and well-mannered. They offered us their large rooms. The beds, rooms, and washroom were all very neat and clean. We had a great stay, though the AC remote was missing, so turning the AC off after switching it on was a bit difficult.

I spent 6 days and 5 nights at Hotel Shalimar Palace in Raebareli, near Civil Lines Chauraha. Service from the staff was fast, and room service was prompt and efficient. The receptionist was polite and very helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. It’s a comfortable, hassle-free option in Raebareli, and I highly recommend it.
