We spent a night at this new property, which is away from the city in a calm setting. The valley view is quite good, and the rooms are large. Since July was extremely hot there, ceiling fans were provided, though their positions were a little off in our room. Food was okay, but choices may be limited. Service was okay too, so it was an okay experience for a night.

Service: 0. Avoid Hotel kaisar palace. The food, rooms, and staff weren’t good, and it’s on the outskirts in a forest and landslide area. Avoid this place.

The manager led a super warm, hospitable staff, and we had a very good stay. Great rooms and ambiance, with very tasty food. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed here twice, and the staff and manager are the kindest and most caring I’ve come across. The location is close to Kargil town but far enough away to escape the main town’s noise and chaos. The rooms are exceptionally clean and have great mountain views. Breakfast is tasty and served generously. The spacious dining hall is a nice place to sit and chat. By far the best hotel in Kargil for me.

The warm, inviting ambience made it easy to relax, and the food was amazing, with each dish tasting better than the last. The staff were always smiling, approachable, and eager to help with any request. They went above and beyond to meet my needs, and the service was fantastic. I had an exceptional experience at Kaisar palace hotel and would highly recommend it for a luxurious, welcoming stay! 😄
