Hotel Suruli Pallazzio

The owner is kind and cordial, and the restaurant staff are good. The location is great and the rooms are good, but the bathroom is horrible and poorly maintained. Front desk staff aren't well trained for the job and aren't good at customer service.

The restaurant and complimentary breakfast were top notch, with friendly staff and quick room service. It's right on the main road, near shopping centers, and felt safe and family-friendly, including for elderly couples. Still, our suite didn't feel worth the price, and there isn't dedicated parking, which made things difficult with our own vehicle. A mixed experience.

They take the money in advance at check-in. The room was clean but cramped, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. There was nowhere to put soap while bathing, the shower couldn't really be used, and there was no hot water. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the only electrical outlets we could use were on the TV unit, with none near the bed. It felt like they used trainees instead of staff to save money.

This place had a high rating on various travel sites, but our experience was poor. We had to call someone each time to get the TV working. When we asked to change rooms, they said the same problem affected all the rooms. They didn't have vegetarian meals or a thali, so we had to go out whenever we wanted a good veg meal with choices. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to relax in your room and eat through room service.
