The Manor Kashipur by Leisure Hotels

The reception team were polite and helpful, and the manager was courteous too. Beyond that, my one-day stay was frustrating. Room service took a long time, and I had to call more than once to follow up on my order. I asked for chicken but the server brought dal instead. She hadn't written down the order and insisted we take the dal because she couldn't take it back. We weren't ultimately charged, but being asked to pay ₹475 for food we hadn't ordered was uncomfortable. It seemed like staff coordination and training need work. For the price, particularly in a place like Kashipur, I expected much better service. The overall experience needs significant improvement, and I hope management works on staff training and service quality.

Really helpful staff, great food, and excellent service. One of the best properties in the Kashipur area. I’d highly recommend it.

The staff made us feel valued throughout the stay, and service was prompt. Our room was clean and hygienic, and the food was delicious. Check-in and check-out both went smoothly and were handled professionally. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m looking forward to visiting again soon.

The cooperative, well-trained staff and good food made this a very good stay at Hotel Manor at Kashipur. It’s centrally located, close to the shopping area and mahadev mandir, and around 7kms from IIM kashipur campus.
