Be careful if you're coming from Delhi or another state. Don't rely on people near the Jammu station to find a hotel. The staff were rude and hard to understand, and their promises were unreliable, so get the booking confirmed in writing. I had to pay whatever they demanded because I needed to get home.
I've never had worse service or a worse experience. I'd give it a negative rating if I could, but one star is the lowest available.
They denied the promised pickup and drop when the time came, and the basic amenities were missing or in awful shape. When I asked for help, the staff were hostile and indifferent. The staff were very rude, and the hotel was pathetic. They agreed to provide an extra mattress before taking payment, then refused when we returned, and did so rudely. I'd sooner stay at a dharamshala.
