At OYO Flagship 83165 Hotel Om Shanti in Danapur, Khagaul, Patna, Bihar, I had a terrible experience. Booking ID: ZB4H3792. The staff were rude and unprofessional, the service was awful, and the room and bathroom smelled very bad. Nothing was clean, and the pictures don’t reflect the place. I paid Rs 711 + Rs 569, but they demanded more money. The hotel people seemed fraudulent, and later the property owner abused me and told me to vacate the room. Never book here.

Honestly, I felt cheated after choosing this hotel because it was cheaper than the others. The toilet was dirty, there was no geasure or setup box, and even handwash soap wasn’t provided. When I asked for soap, the staff were rude. Everyone on staff behaved very rudely. If you decide to stay, don’t pay the full amount at check-in. Have a good journey.

The room and services were otherwise up to standard, but the hotel asked for extra money when I arrived to check in with my Oyo booking. They said they wouldn’t give me a room at the price I’d booked.

The location is ideal for travelers, and the staff were polite and supportive. The rooms are small, though, and weren’t cleaned properly.

There’s also a restaurant attached to the hotel, and it’s a good place.
