Getting around was easy from this hotel's location near transport points and shopping areas, and there was secure parking. The rooms were clean, spacious, and furnished well, with effective air-conditioning and comfortable beds. Staff were courteous and quick to help, though room service could lag a little at busy times. The in-house restaurant had local dishes and North Indian food. Breakfast was tasty and freshly made, but the selection was limited. The food quality was decent. A comfortable choice for a short stay, business trip, or family visit at a reasonable price. 4.2/5.

The staff response was poor, and the technical staff were rude. It felt like a waste of money, so I wouldn't book a stay here.

Khammam's famous hotel, with good-tasting food. 5 stars.

The location and room were good, though service was slow.

The starters were really good, and the main course was okay, but the menu had fewer items and choices than I expected. More variety would help. The place had a nice atmosphere, though it felt cramped and could use more space. The air conditioning was too strong. When we asked to turn it down, we were told that wasn't possible and should move our table away from the vent. It was an okay visit, but I expected more from a restaurant/hotel at this level.
