The hosts at Lazar Residency, Fort Kochi were already looking out for us before we checked in. They suggested arriving early to avoid getting caught in Cochin Carnival traffic, which was a real help. Kochi runs later and winds down earlier than our usual schedule, but they were easygoing about our frequent late returns. The rooms were clean and comfortable after long days out. AC is a must in Kochi, even in winter, and the room had it. A thoughtful, hassle-free place to stay in Fort Kochi.

The room was spacious and really clean, and everything felt up to the mark. There’s also a small kitchen with basic utilities. It’s an easy walk to Kochi beach, and the owner was friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and will come back whenever I’m in the area.

The owners were welcoming and friendly, and the location made it easy to explore Fort Kochi, just a few minutes from the main town. Our room had plenty of space, was clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and with both air conditioning and fans it stayed cool. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lazar Residency Homestay was spotless and tidy throughout, from the bedroom to the kitchen and bathroom, and everything was well organized. The thoughtful service and care really impressed me. The rooms were very clean and well kept, and the kitchen, bed, pillows, sheets, and washroom were all spotless. The hospitality was warm, and I was completely satisfied with my stay.
