We expected a lot from this hotel, but left very disappointed. It's tucked away on a narrow, foul-smelling street in Fort Kochi, and our double room had no towels, sheets, TV, or hot water. The price was unreasonable too, about twice what we paid at other hotels in Fort Kochi.

It's a small, comfortable hotel with air conditioning, a good breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff. Felt like good value for money. There were lots of mosquitoes, though, and no bar.
