You have shared spaces here, including the kitchen, balcony, and lounge, and you're surrounded by nature. Most mornings you'll hear birds when you wake up. We had a great weeklong stay. The hosts were communicative, attentive, and helpful, while giving us space and still being there when we needed assistance. That balance can be hard to get right. Highly recommend staying here.

A full kitchen is available for guests, who have a spacious, private area in this traditional Kerala house. There’s a lovely garden, large balcony, and back terrace too. It’s a great choice in Fort Kochi, with everything to see and do there within walking distance.

Cafes, the beach, streets, and the water metro are all close by and easy to reach on foot. The house has plenty of space, a nice balcony, and relaxing areas, and the room is spacious with a kitchen available too. I booked expecting an okay stay, but it was really nice. Mr. Joice was kind and helpful, gave me guidance when I needed it, and let me check in early. I enjoyed the visit and would love to return with my family. Thanks for hosting me!

Miss joyce's family made us feel at home. They’re caring and loving, communication is quick, and they respond at any time. The Wifi also worked flawlessly. Everything to see and do in fort kochi is within walking distance, and this is a great place to stay. It’s a typical Kerala house with a beautiful garden, a big balcony, a back terrace, and a spacious, private guest area with a fully equipped kitchen available to use. Highly recommended.

The family is the best part, all of them are kind and ready to help. It’s a quiet, beautiful place just around the corner from the centre of Fort Cochin, with the guest rooms separated from the family’s living space. There are three rooms, each with a separate entrance and balcony, plus a kitchen and living room shared by the guests. You can use the washing machine, and drinking water is provided. A great base for exploring Fort Cochin.
