The Wyte Fort Hotel

I used to know this as a popular place, but now it feels like vedippura for genzi people. My room wasn't good: no hot water in the non AC room, cobwebs on the fans and curtains, and no phone service in the room. You have to request housekeeping every day, and it seemed like everything else needed a request too. There was no service early in the morning or at night. As an international traveler without an Indian phone, I couldn't keep calling the help desk or reception. When I asked for help taking my luggage down before going to the airport, I was told there was no service that morning. I couldn't delay my trip until staff came on duty. The service and behavior were very rude. A horrible experience at wyte fort hotel in kundannoor. I won't come back.

The room and toilet smelled bad and felt unhygienic. None of the sheets were clean, there was hair on the pillowcase, and the blanket had a foul smell, as if it hadn't been washed. I picked this place based on some Google reviews, but it wasn't good for me at all. The experience was the worst, and it isn't worth what we paid. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room had a negative feel, and there were spiders around. It hadn't been cleaned, and both the room and washroom smelled strongly of cigarettes. The interiors also felt old. A very bad experience, only somewhere to book in an emergency.

The room was spacious, but everything felt dusty, including the chairs and blankets. Service was very bad: I had to go down to reception just to get a water bottle, and nobody answered when I called for help. There was no power backup either. Very disappointing.
