Queens Residency

We booked two AC rooms for one night in October 2025, but they weren't ready when we arrived and were in poor shape. The floors were dirty, the sheets stained, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. Neither the AC nor the fans worked, despite being advertised. The washroom smelled foul, there was no hot water, and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. The room boy was attentive, though he seemed limited in what he could do. We reported everything to the front desk, but staff showed little interest and only said they'd look into it. Nothing was followed up or resolved. For the price, the facilities and service were extremely disappointing. I don't recommend staying here and hope management takes steps to improve the conditions and customer service.

The rooms aren't properly maintained, the AC doesn't work properly, and the staff service is poor.

The room was in horrible condition. A total waste of money, not worth it at all. I'd rather stay outside than pay for this.

The room was excellent and the location amazing, a good fit for solo travelers and couples. The electricity went out for a while, and there was a slight foul smell in the bathroom even with the exhaust fan running. They didn't provide extra sheets or even a bottle of water. The stay was good overall and awesome for the price, though I can't say the service was good.
