Don't plan a one or two day stay here. Maybe it's an option if you're in a hurry or just need some time with your partner, but my experience was very bad for the price. The blanket they gave us in winter had someone else's hair all over it and clearly hadn't been cleaned. The tap, bathroom window glass, and switchboard were broken, the room wasn't properly cleaned, and the hotel is poorly maintained and hard to reach. Construction noise nearby made sleeping at night difficult, and mosquitoes were constantly buzzing around. I booked after seeing good reviews, but don't fool yourself. If you have to stay in an emergency, don't eat the food here.

The washroom was decent, and TCS gitobitan is within walking distance. The AC worked, but the room was small and full of mosquitoes. The location felt shady, with hardly any street lighting. Since it's right beside the main road, construction noise carried into the room at night, even after 2.

They don't allow outside food, and their own food service isn't handled well. They even reused vegetables left over from the night before and served them at breakfast.

Food has to be ordered from outside, though they do offer room service and free breakfast. The guesthouse felt cosy, and the cooperative staff and convenient location near Technopolis and the IT hub made things easy. My room was clean and well kept, with AC, geysers, an LED TV, and free Wi-Fi. I found it comfortable and good value, and would recommend it to business travelers or anyone wanting an easy stay.

The room had a mouse, and I got electric shocks from the bathroom pipe and tap. Those were among several problems. I visited three or four times, and the staff were rude. Once, I ordered chow mein and the food didn't taste good. The next day I got coffee and Maggie, but the cup and plate smelled fishy. I'm strictly vegetarian and couldn't put up with that. When I told the manager, he was rude too. I went there around 8-9 at night, and by 11 the next morning they were telling me to check out. I don't recommend staying here.
