The metro is an 8-minute walk away, Esplanade bus stand is 10 minutes on foot, and New market is just 3 minutes away. We booked through Agoda and got a nice discount. We had a wonderful stay, and the service, comfort, and rest of the experience all felt worthy of five stars. The AC was so cool we had to turn it off in the middle of the night. The only small problem was there was no washroom door mat. They brought one when we asked, but it wasn't clean. Apart from that, everything was awesome. Highly recommended! We stayed in mid July.

The central location made it easy to get around the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The manager wasn't accommodating, though. As we were checking out, they turned off the AC and hot water, which was inconvenient. Breakfast didn't arrive at the stated 9:30 to 10 AM time either. The rooms were average, nothing too bad or too great.

We had to move to another hotel the next day, and I lost the money I'd already paid for this booking. I wouldn't recommend it to families. We booked through Agoda.com for two nights on 25th and 26th Nov’24 after looking at the uploaded pictures, but the rooms weren't well maintained and the bed covers were very dirty. When I asked the staff to change them, they said they were like that and couldn't be changed. There was no free wi-fi, and room service was very bad. Worst experience.

The rooms are well maintained, and the washrooms are decent too. Charges are reasonable when you book online. It's right in the heart of the city, with shopping destinations within walking distance.

The location felt shady at night, and I wouldn't even think of going out after 10 pm. Inside, the room was extremely dirty, with food stains on the bed and a disgusting pillow. I don't know what else was on it. The toilet ceiling was missing. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.
