Kolkata is easy to get around from here, with the hotel well connected to different parts of the city. The rooms and amenities were good, and the stay was comfortable and convenient. Staff were helpful and active, and I had no complaints about the food either.

Don't book here. I was told 1300 when booking for three hours, but they charged me 1500. Even the water bottle cost 30 rupees instead of 20.

The AC kept malfunctioning, and even after attempts to fix it, the problem continued. There was no complimentary water, and the staff's response was unprofessional: they told us to go downstairs to get water. Paying by card wasn't possible either, which was inconvenient. There were charges we hadn't been told about, including for a plastic plate, and the vague fees for pets and other services felt unfair and unprofessional. Staff also failed to explain the checkout policy clearly. At the last minute, we were told there'd be an extra charge for checking out at the scheduled time of 12 PM. Poor communication about charges, policies, and amenities made the stay frustrating.
