The reception staff were cooperative and courteous, but the cleanliness issues meant the stay didn’t meet expectations. Housekeeping was very poor. The rooms are small and fairly tidy, but the property feels old. The bath towels were dirty, there were no bathroom hangers, and the surrounding area and location were unclean and poorly maintained.

I booked only two hours ahead and paid ₹4000 in advance, but the room looked completely different from the pictures. I checked out at 11 PM that same night and got no refund. I asked many times, but they didn’t return even 50%. This is fraud. Don’t book based on the pictures.

Staying here was a great experience. Everyone on staff was polite and kind, and the room service was top notch.

Sorry for the late review. The hotel was friendly, and Adnan, one of the service boys, was an honest and very helpful person. I’ll come back here anytime. Thank you, Adnan.

Service was okay, but the rooms are smaller than they look in the photos, and the hotel isn’t well maintained. Outside smells terrible because the hotel is right beside drains and dumps.
