The room itself was in awful shape, with dirty floors, poor maintenance, and no proper door locks. The bathroom was outside the room and unhygienic. I paid online in advance, but staff kept asking how much I'd paid and saying it wasn't enough. They took us to another hotel about 1 km away only after asking for the OTP, and waited until they had it to say the original hotel was full. Extremely misleading and unprofessional, and a very unpleasant stay.

The rooms smelled awful and were so dirty that I left the hotel right away. The staff were scary and asked for extra money. They wouldn't even give me a water bottle after I offered to pay. Worst hotel ever.

The location is good, but the manager and staff were really rude. They ask every customer for extra money, and the rooms are very dirty. There was no drinking water. A terrible experience, and a waste of money.

The location didn't feel very safe. Staff were so rude that they refused to give me a room when they saw my online booking. They then asked if I'd pay 3000 for a room, but said they wouldn't give me any bill.

The staff's behaviour wasn't satisfying, and the rooms are small with a pungent smell. The AC barely works and has no remote. Even if you book through oyo, they shouldn't let you pay through oyo. Think before booking.
