Getting there from Sealdah took me an hour, and the area was deplorable. The pictures online were completely misleading, and the rooms weren't worth Rs. 500. I'd avoid this place, especially if it's listed for more than Rs. 500. I booked thinking it was an OYO Home, which I understood to be managed by OYO and to have a certain service standard, but none of that was true. The staff forced me to pay them directly, even though the OYO app offered online payment at a discount and left me no choice. The room and location were both frustrating: the walls were damp and had visible holes someone could peek through, the sheets were stained, there was no dustbin, and the cleanliness was appalling. If I could, I'd give it zero stars.

The room and service weren't worth the price. It was far too small even for two, despite what the pictures showed, which looked completely different from the real place. When I asked if another room was available, they simply said no.

Don't be fooled by the room photos. Even 2% of the website pictures aren't real, in my experience. I've never seen a hotel this bad. They didn't provide sealed bottled water, shampoo in the bathroom, or a dustbin in the room. I checked in and checked out, but the check-in still didn't show in my apps. Please avoid this hotel.

A room starts at rs 1000, with AC and an attached washroom. The staff are really nice, and the location is good. Couples can stay if they show govt. I'd proof. There's no kitchen, so you'll need to order food online. That's about it, just go. 👍
