Sangita Guest House by OYO Rooms

The room price is 500 on every booking site, but once you book and arrive, they ask you to change the booking and pay more. I got there at night at 10, pregnant and alone, and they still refused to give me a room. My payment was prepaid, and they wouldn’t return it either. Please don’t book this hotel.

The bathrooms were good and clean, and the rooms had air conditioning. There’s a customer check-in desk, meals can be ordered there, and there’s plenty of parking on the ground floor. But the hotel is pricey and service quality is very low. The staff were rude and treated customers badly. It’s not a very convenient location either, about a 10-minute drive from ultadanga crossing. Go if you want to experience rough treatment from certain staff.

No attached toilet, no staff to help, and the food situation is another big problem. The place was dirty with a bad atmosphere. I asked the man to clean, but he never came. For God’s sake, never visit this one of the worst Oyo hotels.

I booked the room in advance, but when I got to the property they demanded more than the booking amount. The manager was so rough and harsh. Worst manager ever. Don’t visit.
