Check the room before paying. The housekeeping was very poor, the toilet seat was missing, and there was no remote for the AC. After more than 30 hours of travel, I asked about the water and the manager said they’d forgotten to start the pump. The staff were extremely lazy when I needed help with my baggage.

We booked through OYO, but they refused to check us in and we had to pay an extra 300. The AC had no remote, the TV didn’t work, and there was no water. The pillows and blanket smelled. It was a total nightmare for us. 😥

They charge heavily, but the basics weren’t there: no hot water in the bathroom, smelly sheets, dirty blankets, and a bad smell throughout the rooms. Outsiders came late at night for parties and other nonsense, disturbing the guests. They don’t know how to respect customers or get them to come back. Worst accommodation I’ve ever experienced.

I’d booked the hotel on Agoda the night before, with check-in at noon, but when I arrived at 3:30 pm they said there was no room because mine was under maintenance. They were completely uncooperative. We were wet from the rain, and they wouldn’t even let my wife change clothes. They also don’t answer the phone. I don’t understand why they’re running a hotel this way. Really bad service and a terrible experience.
