We found it excellent value for the price, and the location made it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet had lots of tasty choices. Our room was spotless and well kept, and the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help.

This place is closed. I've booked it many times because it's close to my hostel and convenient for my parents, but the booking either gets cancelled right away or is accepted and then we discover the hotel is shut. We end up spending an hour on the phone trying to get a refund.

The rooms are quite good and the staff are polite, but management is terrible. The washroom was unclean, there was no exhaust fan, and no towel was provided. They gave us just one used bar of soap, and there was no dustbin. The room's intercom didn't work, there was no room service, and the LED TV was out of order. There was no AC remote, the room lighting wasn't bright enough, and they asked extra above MRP for water bottles.

As soon as I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. They were friendly and easy to approach, and shared useful tips about local attractions, places to eat, and lesser-known spots nearby. It was one of my best hostel stays.

The room had what we needed, including a coffee maker and a safe. The hotel's atmosphere felt elegant and welcoming, which made for a relaxing stay. Shops, restaurants, and public transport were all easy to reach from the location.
