Hotel Floral Palace

The restaurant had tasty, hygienic food and a good range of dishes, and the hotel was convenient for the main town and major transport points. My room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, suitable for a family or business stay. Staff were professional, polite, and ready to help. Housekeeping and cleanliness were excellent. I had a peaceful, comfortable stay at Hotel Floral Palace in Kottayam, with good value for money.

They let us extend our stay until 3 PM without an extra charge, which was really helpful. The restaurant prices were fair, the rooms were spotless, and reception made check-in easy. Staff were flexible and went the extra mile for us.

A complete waste of money and peace of mind. Staying at Hotel Floral Palace, Kottayam was a massive mistake. Our requests at the front desk were ignored or met with attitude, and there was no sense of hospitality. The rooms were disgusting, the linens looked unwashed, and a bad smell lingered in the hallways. Staff were rude and aggressive from the moment we arrived, and even security was disrespectful and unhelpful. The whole place felt unwelcoming and unsafe. This was a pathetic, deeply upsetting experience, and easily the worst hotel in Kottayam.

The rooms were tidy and spacious, and the food was superb. Prices were a little high, but the portions and quality were excellent. I'd give it 10 stars if I could, though 5 is the maximum. Recommended.
