The location is good, but you can walk along the beach and find another hotel with a decent breakfast served at a reasonable time. Here, breakfast seemed to run from 8:30 to 9. On holiday, having to be up by 8 for a dosa with gravy that had only a few vegetables was frustrating. We had to ask for toast, and that turned into an argument. There were no eggs, not even boiled ones. The pool shown in the pictures belongs to the hotel next door. Guests have to pay 200 rupees per person to use it, and they don’t give a receipt. Hot water was supposed to be available from 5 to about 9, but some days we had it and other days we didn’t. The manager was nowhere to be seen during our stay. Jaanvi, the manager from the other hotel, helped us instead.

The AC didn’t work at all. We booked four rooms, and one had no power whatsoever, so we squeezed into the other three. A terrible experience. I’d give no rating if I could, but one is the lowest option. They don’t deserve even that. Please don’t stay here.

The room itself was good, but there was a leak in the washroom and the customer service was hopeless. We lost our way following the map, and nobody from the hotel helped us with our luggage, even though parking was far from the beach. We’d booked a day ahead, yet the room wasn’t clean and we had to wait an hour. The neighbors didn’t know about the resort either, and there were no signboards. Hopeless service.

Right in front of Lighthouse Beach and easy on the budget. The location is perfect, the service was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and clean.

I stayed for two days and was really happy with the service and room facilities. The room was nice and comfortable, close to the beach, and I was excited about the stay.
