Our stay was excellent, thanks in large part to the housekeeping team. They handled requests quickly and serviced the room properly each day while respecting our privacy. Sunil Kumar was a very nice housekeeping associate. Special thanks to Sunil and preeti. Highly recommended!

We came for a corporate offsite and had a great visit. The property has a lovely setting with views of Kandaghat, and the restaurant also looks out over the scenery. The food was great, and the large, cozy rooms made for good sleep. Staff were helpful and hospitable. There’s a pool, spa, and play area too. Worth a visit.

Our corporate offsite went smoothly, and the team made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The staff were courteous, the food was wonderful, and service stayed on time throughout. The arrangements were handled professionally, the rooms were well kept, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Our team appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Special thanks to Ashwini ji and Varun ji for their support and cooperation. We appreciate everyone’s efforts and hope to stay again.

We booked after asking whether the pool was working, and they told us it was. Then, once we had booked, they said it was under maintenance. We were told to use it the next morning, but the next day we got the same answer, that it was under maintenance. We came to relax and felt cheated having to hear that. We can’t trust what they tell us, and we weren’t happy with deventure shimla.
