Breakfast was a highlight, with tasty food, a good spread, and attentive, courteous restaurant staff. Purple Palm Resorts also handled a room issue thoughtfully: light came in early on our first morning, so I mentioned it and they promptly added another set of dark curtains. That made the second night more comfortable and showed they take feedback seriously. I stayed two days and found the property clean, calm, and well maintained, with welcoming, polite staff who were ready to help. Its Coorg Road location is around 28-30 km from the main Coorg town, a little removed from the central tourist spots but good for a peaceful stay. Elephant Camp and Nisargadhama are nearby, which made sightseeing convenient. It's a good relaxed option when traveling toward Coorg, and I'd recommend it.

Room service was quick to respond and handled our requests efficiently. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the whole property was well kept. I stayed one night with my family and child; the location felt convenient and safe, the food was good, and service was prompt. A good family stay.

Ms. Ashwini was especially kind and helpful at Purple Palm Resort & Spa near Nisargadhama. She checked on us herself and gave us a thoughtful goodie bag for our travels, a lovely surprise. The staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We found the food delicious and varied, and the stay comfortable and relaxing. It was a memorable, peaceful getaway with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended.

The restaurant food was great, the staff there were friendly, and the bar was well stocked with a good bartender. Kids have a play area, and the swimming pool was nice too. It's a lovely resort for time with friends or family, close to the tourist sites around Kushal Nagar. The reception, though, wasn't very efficient, and the staff there didn't seem well trained.

Breakfast was limited and only average, and the staff, while courteous, could have been more attentive and proactive. Purple Palm Resort in Coorg was comfortable enough, but it didn't quite match the premium price or its 4-5 star positioning. The property is fairly small, with little open space, so it lacks some of the expected resort feel. Basic services like ironing cost extra, and the games room, with carrom, table tennis, and board games, closes early. Pool and snooker also cost extra, which seemed steep for the experience. Madikeri is about an hour away, making night travel inconvenient. Other Coorg resorts offer better value and a more immersive stay.
