It's a budget-friendly resort in a prime spot in Kushalnagar. The views are nice, and our Deluxe non AC room was neat, clean, and spacious enough for a small family. They also have separate pools for adults and kids. Just don't expect much service. We asked the manager for cups and glasses in person and called several times, but still didn't get them. My husband reminded them again, and they forgot once more. The next day we had to ask again for towels and a bottle of water. The TV wasn't working, and they hadn't checked it before giving us the room. We had to ask them to fix that too. The complimentary breakfast was very bad. If you're staying more than two days, it may be better to eat breakfast elsewhere. It's an okay stay, neither bad nor great, if you're after a budget-friendly resort, but forget about the services.

The cottages add to the beauty of this resort, with nature all around and a location close to a few sisgh seeing places. The staff were kind and helpful, and the food was simple, good, and not expensive. A good stay, and the natural setting was the best part.

We had booked an AC room, but at first they gave us one with only a stand fan. The staff denied the original booking terms until we showed them the reservation confirmation, which fortunately we had with us. After booking this resort, they had tried to redirect us to another one in a remote area. The facilities we got were poor and didn't match our booking details. Overall, the service felt misleading and unprofessional. A very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this property.

We'd booked and paid in advance for three days, but after travelling 300km we were told there was no room. They temporarily put us in a lodge room that wasn't suitable for a family at all. The next day we got a room at the resort, and that was a bad experience too, with dirty bedsheets, insects, and mosquitoes in the room. The food was okay, but they charged for bottled water despite providing free breakfast. I had a terrible stay. Don't even try this place, even if you find it for a lower price.

Our toddler had a great time here too. The food was amazing, and the staff were friendly, quick, and polite. There are birds chirping all day, which made the place feel calm and close to nature. The whole resort is lovely to look at.
