The food portions weren’t enough for the guests, and repeated complaints about the broken geyser brought no real solution. The room looked much less clean than the photos suggested, with muddy, uncleaned mats. On top of that, the manager was rude and uncooperative, while staff seemed more keen to argue than sort things out. The constant disputes spoiled our peace of mind and affected our Zero Point trip. I’d suggest looking for another hotel if you can.

We waited an hour at reception after being told our booked super deluxe room was already taken. The manager said we could have a deluxe room and get the super deluxe the next day, but behaved very badly. There was no Wi-Fi, and staff said it wasn’t available when I asked. Food wasn’t available at 8:30 pm, and when I asked about it the staff ignored me. I’d tell families planning a Lachung and Zero Point vacation to skip this hotel.

We spent two nights here and had a really good stay. The bedrooms were great, and the food and drinks were amazing. Everyone was very nice, especially the staff. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Lachung, and you could come too.

The welcome at reception was poor, and we had no great view from our room. There was no electricity, even though nearby hotels had power, so the heater never worked. They wouldn’t give us extra blankets either. Dinner was meant to start at 8:30 pm, but when we arrived at 8:50, half the food was gone and there was no refill. The dining room was messy, with leftover plates stacked on tables, and staff didn’t seem bothered to clear them. Really bad service and a super bad stay.
