Ekaant the Retreat

We were told dinner would start at 7:00 PM, but at 7:45 PM nobody had taken our order. All we’d been given was coffee, with little communication about the delay. This was Valentine’s Day, and the wait had started back at 5:30 PM, when even getting our table set up hadn’t been handled properly. For a place presenting itself as high-class, the service was nowhere near satisfactory. The restaurant seemed seriously understaffed, which feels like a management problem that shouldn’t be passed on to customers. Please take this seriously and improve the service and coordination.

The rooms are roomy, and the wooden design looks lovely. From the balcony there’s a river view, and you can catch the sunset too. It’s a peaceful, serene place, just as Ekant’s name suggests. The location is especially beautiful, and winter feels so pleasant there 😊 The food is good, though it doesn’t arrive on time. There aren’t any indoor or outdoor games for children.

Ekaant really does feel secluded and peaceful, set far enough from Lavasa’s main area to have some privacy. The lake and mountain scenery is lovely, and it’s a beautiful place to stay surrounded by nature. The rooms were clean, the food was good and the hospitality was excellent. I’ll definitely come back.

The setting and atmosphere are lovely, and the balcony and resort views are superb. The restaurant food tasted good, but service took far too long. Rooms were just okay, and there aren’t many amenities.
