Mentokling Residency Ladakh

Kehwa was awesome, and I’m already planning another visit to enjoy the hospitality. At Mentokling Hotel Residency, we had spotless, cozy rooms with tasteful decor that brought together traditional charm and modern comforts. The peaceful location still kept us close to key attractions. Staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The freshly prepared food had lovely regional flavors. Every detail gave the place a home-away-from-home feel, and I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Leh.

Set on a wide highway, this hotel has clean, top-quality accommodation. The staff are sweet and helpful, and the food is reasonably good.

The rooms are clean and roomy, and the staff are nice. The food was the letdown. The breakfast buffet costs Rs 1200.00 +taxes but has very few choices, so it doesn’t feel worth the price. At the restaurant, many menu items weren’t available, even sandwiches, and the service was poor. They should either lower the price or improve the portions, variety, and food quality. Since the hotel is far from the city center, you’re also dependent on getting food from the hotel.

Ms Fatima was very good, and Receptionist Mr.Shayad was especially courteous, polite, and attentive. He handled his duties without needing reminders. The service from the Manager through the rest of the staff was outstanding.
