Manager wangmo made a big difference for us. She made the hotel feel homely, explained what to prepare for in places like pan gong, looked after our health, and found us a very capable driver. urgin helped us manage the altitude and avoid mountain sickness. Owner Jimmy was considerate and provided blanket heaters, while mess staff Sonu checked each morning and evening what food would suit our tastes and help us feel comfortable at altitude. That was genuinely helpful. The hotel is clean and safe, very close to the market, and has hot water 24/7. They also arranged an extra-care homestay for us in nubra called otsal. It was very comfortable, and the staff there were very good.

The pure veg buffet was a highlight, with plenty of fresh, hygienic and tasty choices each day. It had the feel of home-cooked food, but with top-class taste. The cab rides were smooth and comfortable in clean vehicles, and the drivers were experienced, friendly and professional. Their local knowledge added a lot to our journeys. Hotel Grand Chubi and Travels coordinated the stay and travel arrangements really well, with warm hospitality, quick support and care for the small details. The whole trip was hassle-free and memorable. This was one of the best travel experiences we’ve had, and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely memories!

The travel guidance and itinerary planning made everything easy and stress-free. The surroundings were lovely, with mountains, sightseeing and a balcony. Our room was clean and well kept, the pure veg food was superb, and the staff were polite and helpful. We had a truly comfortable, memorable stay 😊🙏

The staff were warm, polite and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel can also arrange travel help and transport for exploring Ladakh, and that made our trip smooth and memorable. Hotel Grand Chubi is in a calm spot close to the market and major attractions. Our spacious room was clean and well maintained, and the mountain views were stunning. It was a peaceful stay with beautiful rooms and a relaxed atmosphere. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Leh.
