Click Collection Lucknow

This hotel may work for a business trip, but it’s not ideal for families visiting Lucknow for the first time who want to sightsee or shop. It’s relatively new, apparently opened in 2014, and close to the airport, though far from the city centre and all the activity. The rooms are small, really only adequate for two, so there isn’t enough space for a family. The bathroom is very small too.

We stayed at Click Collection in Lucknow while attending a nearby reception for our close friend, Major Rishabh, and had a genuinely lovely time. The central location, close to the venue, made everything hassle-free. Our room was clean and well maintained, the stay was comfortable, and service was prompt and courteous. There was also good food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lucknow.

For 15 days, I stayed here because of a family emergency at Medanta Hospital, and the stay was comfortable and pleasant. Kundan offered us a great long-stay deal. The staff were courteous, friendly, and professional, and the service quality and staff behavior were better than at Mercure Hotel, which costs twice as much. GREAT!

Our stay was comfortable, thanks in part to the excellent cleaning from Anchal and ankit in housekeeping. The room was clean and well maintained, and they were polite too. Special thanks to them for doing such a great job.
