Cygnett Park Di- Arch

We were given a suite, but left after just one night because the conditions were so poor. The bathroom wasn't clean when we arrived, and neither were the bedroom sheets. There was no divider between the shower and toilet, so water flooded the whole bathroom. With no bathroom ventilation, the room had a constant damp, musty air that made it uncomfortable and hard to breathe. It's a shame that such helpful, courteous staff are expected to work in a place like this. I would NOT recommend the hotel unless significant renovations and improvements are made. If I could, I'd give it zero stars.

At checkout I was overcharged, and the bill included food items I hadn't ordered or used. The staff gave me misleading information and weren't honest. It felt unfair and unprofessional, with no transparency. I'd strongly advise others to avoid this hotel, especially for its food and service facilities.

Rashmi was cheerful and polite, and I appreciated that she made my Murgh Dum Biryani as a special order even though I ordered outside lunch hours. The biryani was good, though it could be better. The other staff were welcoming as well.

The location is the one thing going for this hotel. I stayed 7-8 months ago and came back this time, and things have gone downhill. The restaurant and staff in particular are horrible. The restaurant staff act as if they're doing charity work. Food quality, service standards, and cleaning were all absolutely disappointing. I won't stay again at a place that treats you like a liability.
