The room was average in size, the bed wasn’t comfortable, and room service was a complete failure. Reception staff weren’t professional and didn’t know how to welcome a guest. They didn’t even offer me a glass of water. The bathroom was filthy, its drain was blocked, and the false ceiling was damaged, which made me seriously doubt the privacy. The AC made a horrible noise, so I couldn’t sleep peacefully. I recorded it, but unfortunately couldn’t upload the video with my review. The ceiling fan had no regulator, and there was no tea, coffee, or milk sachet, or even an electric kettle. DTH cables were hanging loose without a supporting rack, and the bathroom had no toilet paper holder. Look for another property. You can find a good room at a good price elsewhere. Don’t choose this one.

The rooms are excellent and give you peace of mind, but the food service isn’t good. The food arrived very cold.

I had a good experience here and would definitely recommend the hotel. The rooms were spacious and really comfortable.

The rooftop rooms weren’t in good shape. The TV, lock, and bed all had issues, and there was no proper cleaning. They smelled bad and didn’t have a dustbin. The location, lift, and counter staff were the only good parts.

The hotel is at a busy intersection, so it’s easy to get to the Gomtinagar area of Lucknow. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are diligent. It mainly operates as a convocation and marriage hall with catering, with the rooms above those facilities and a lift available. Breakfast was brought to the room on time, and staff didn’t miss any meal orders. The kitchen runs continuously, though the restaurant is still being done up.
