The place wasn’t hygienic, and there were lots of mosquitoes and rats. Several guests left because of the mismanagement. It needs major improvement and isn’t suitable for a stay. We booked it for three days for our guests and had a terrible time staying there and organizing a function. The ambiance wasn’t suitable, and the rooms smelled bad, had odd layouts, and cement floors. The owner had promised to finish the place on time, but that didn’t happen. We were charged for everything, even the bedding, and the owner kept demanding money to complete construction. The staff were unprofessional and couldn’t provide basic needs like warm water for drinking or bathing. We were told to pay in full to get a geyser installed in one room. They denied what had been agreed at the start, and told us to use the generator even when there was no power cut, something never discussed. People returning from a wedding after midnight were refused entry until full payment was made, and the staff wouldn’t release the luggage either. They were soft-spoken at first, but their tone changed when we asked them to keep their promises. We felt cheated.
