The property manager was very honest, so that earns an extra mark. The rooms were clean, but I had to call for soap, towels, and water. Service was slow and poor, and staff got angry when I called more than once, even just for water. In the evenings, goons sit inside the property, so I wouldn’t recommend it for families. Oyo people may add dinner to your plan without asking you. Those staff need to learn professionalism. The rest was good 😂😂
The room looked good and was fairly affordable, but the food wasn’t great. There’s no lift, the Wi-Fi is slower than 2G, and I had trouble with the water heater.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were very bad, especially the woman sitting at the reception counter. She didn’t know how to deal with customers.
The stay was horrible and completely unsatisfactory. There’s no lift or parking, and the property is badly maintained, far from the main road. The toilets weren’t clean at all, the TV didn’t work, and the toilet door lock was broken.
I’ve stayed at many OYOs, but this was my first experience this bad. They wouldn’t allow outside food, while their own kitchen was on the expensive side. The location shown on Google was wrong too. Very disappointed.
