I've stayed here whenever I come to ludhiana for nearly six years. The fat guy who used to sit at reception was welcoming and helpful, but the newer lean guy, supposedly in charge of the other workers, has no manners and is the rudest, most unprofessional person I've seen in a hotel. People come for hospitality, not just rooms. I recommend the owners remove him from service soon if they want the place to last.

The location was convenient, and the service went beyond what I expected. Staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and I could unwind in the peaceful atmosphere after a long day. I appreciated the attention to detail. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. I'd be glad to come back.

We had a quiet, welcoming stay, with very nice staff and really good food. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and peaceful. If you like quiet luxury, this is the place.

The hospitality from the staff was osm, and the rooms were very good. I stayed for two days and may choose this place again instead of another hotel. Hope they keep things the same way. Tanks.
