Hotel Hill View

Rooms were poorly kept and unhygienic, with no cleanliness or basic amenities. There’s no parking, hot water, or room service either. My experience at Hill View hotel was extremely bad, and I don’t think it deserves to be called a hotel. It was a complete waste of money and time, and I strongly advise people to avoid it.

There were basic amenities missing, and the staff seemed shady. Drunk men shouted outside the hotel all night, while a crying baby could be heard through the rooms since they aren’t soundproof. An extremely bad hotel.

The staff just sat there instead of helping guests, and the room was dirty with lots of insects. I couldn’t sleep at all because bed bugs bit me through the night. There was no hot water, and staff said they would provide it only at midnight. The rooms were just okay otherwise. I wish I’d checked the reviews before staying. This was my worst hotel experience so far, and I don’t recommend it.

There’s no restaurant, as it’s closed, though you can choose a complimentary package that includes food and beverages. You’ll need to ask reception for water, and the staff also helped carry my luggage. They were helpful and good natured. The hotel is in a prime location near nearby attractions, and the rooms have decent space. There’s no lift, which makes it difficult for elders and kids.
