The rooftop was a great place to spend time, with plenty of room, a stage, and spotless restrooms. The management even arranged breakfast up there for our group, and the food was fantastic. We were about 50 people staying at Red Bricks at the end of May, and the staff had everything ready for us, including extra mattresses and water, before we arrived. Ms. Smitha responded to questions and requests incredibly quickly. The rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and terrace were all clean and tastefully furnished. I especially liked the refillable water jugs in every room and dispensers in each corridor, which cut down on disposable plastic bottles. The exposed clay brick walls looked lovely and helped keep the rooms cool without needing the ACs. The room layout and decor were also thoughtfully done, and the location and hospitality made us feel very welcome. We all had a marvellous stay. I hope we can visit again.

We really liked the balcony and the hotel's overall feel, and its location made it easy to get to shops and attractions. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and we were happy with the room service. Our room stay was excellent and the food was good, too. We did find the breakfast arrangement unclear. Our package included rooms and breakfast, but complimentary breakfast covered just one child even though we had two with us. The options were also fairly limited, and neither point had been explained during booking. The price felt a bit on the high side as well. Even so, we had a pleasant visit and would recommend the hotel, with clearer information about what's included and what breakfast offers.

The exposed brick interiors give the place a distinctive look that I haven't seen at other places. I stayed for a day, and both the hotel and room were in excellent condition. It had all the amenities I needed. I'd recommend it for a stay in the town centre.

The rooms at Red Bricks Inn were cozy, nicely done, and kept in good shape. The bathrooms were especially good, clean and spacious. Better quality blankets would make things more comfortable, though. Service was mostly fine, but the front desk could be more welcoming and courteous. We arrived very late on Sunday night, and despite still being within the stated checkout time, there was little flexibility about checkout. A call well before the deadline felt abrupt and somewhat rude. A more considerate tone and a bit of flexibility would improve the stay.

The breakfast was the one letdown: it tasted good, but there wasn't much variety and the dining area was crowded. Otherwise, our two nights at Red bricks were comfortable. The room was clean and had a nice ambience, and room service was prompt and satisfactory.
