The setting by the river was serene, and the whole place felt warm and thoughtfully arranged, especially at night. We were surrounded by nature and felt peaceful and refreshed, while still feeling connected rather than isolated. Sunil sir and Akash took wonderful care of us and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. They even arranged a surprise dinner for us, such a personal touch that made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for a calm, nature-filled getaway with such lovely hospitality.❤️

We had a confirmed booking, but the resort cancelled without warning. No call, no message, nothing, and we were left stranded at the last minute. They showed no respect for our time or plans. The staff made it worse by being rude, dismissive, and no help at all. They didn't apologize or try to fix the problem, acting as though it wasn't their responsibility. This was a horrible experience, completely unprofessional and unreliable. The place showed no basic customer service or accountability. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away.

The property is beautiful, with a calm riverside setting and a lovely nighttime setup. We felt close to nature and peaceful the whole time, never alone. At Jungle Valley Agriculture Resort, Mahabaleshwar, I was told after confirming my booking and paying in advance that my room wasn't available. I agreed to continue with the stay, but then they refused breakfast and offered a secluded cottage that didn't suit a trip with my wife. When I asked to cancel and get a refund, they flatly refused. A complete disappointment and a shameful way to treat guests. Jungle Valley Agriculture Resort is nowhere near the "Best Resort in Mahabaleshwar" it claims to be.
