Lotus Farms Resort - Pure Veg

We paid 14.5k for two nights with family, and came away very disappointed. The photos on their page are misleading, and the price is very high for such a poor stay. The room wasn’t good, the washroom was inadequate, and the extra bed was terrible. We had to ask a service person for everything, and there didn’t seem to be a proper manager. Food choices were limited. The swimming pool was very small, extremely bad, and unclean. Not recommended at all.

The staff were rude and unprofessional during our stay, and the room service was extremely poor. The AC wasn’t working properly, and the pool was dirty. We complained several times, but nobody fixed either problem. A very bad stay and not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Lunch and dinner from the à la carte menu weren’t good. The portions were too small even for one person, and the prices were high for such little food. Breakfast, on the other hand, was very good and enough in quantity. The service was good, and the staff were friendly.

I didn’t feel this hotel was safe. The property needs maintenance and doesn’t seem well managed, and the TV wasn’t working. The location is good, though it was difficult to find. Service was good and the food was manageable.
