Treebo Seven Days, Mahabaleshwar

The room condition was unacceptable, and the service was below par. My stay at this hotel was very unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend it, even though the photos and reviews on Goibibo and other platforms look positive. I’d urge future travelers to look elsewhere and not rely only on online pictures or ratings.

Treebo trend seven days looks fine in the pictures and from outside, but there was seepage from the entrance and stairs all the way to the room. Our room had a damp corner, the washroom was unclean and wouldn’t lock properly, and even the door was a struggle. The breakfast area was unhygienic and full of flies. The breakfast itself wasn’t properly cooked. They advertise complementary breakfast with options, but served the same thing daily. When we asked for another option on day two, they charged us, which felt like a hidden charge. Treebo trend seven days needs improvement across infrastructure, safety, hospitality, and services. Treebo trend authorities should inspect their chosen properties to check the quality of the stay.

The hotel felt like home, and I had an excellent stay at Treebo Seven Days. My room was luxurious and spotless, and the breakfast was delicious 😋 Ashraf deserves special thanks for outstanding room service and great communication. He made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

No view, no room service, and the staff weren’t helpful. I booked two days for my family with breakfast included, but we didn’t receive any. A very disappointing stay.
