The location was good, though outside noise was an issue. The room was okay, but the washroom was small and poor. The open parking was available. The bedsheets could have been cleaner, and I asked twice for tissue paper but never got any. For the quality and experience, the price felt a little high and could be about 20% lower.

The food was top quality, and the service and communication were especially good. Captain Ashok Vanzara did a great job. I'll come back to this hotel next time. Radhika is the best. Thank you, sir.

The restaurant service was really bad, and the manager was very rude to customers. Worst hotel. Please don't visit.

Tea and coffee were the one thing that went right. I stayed two days for a work trip, and the room was average, but service was severely lacking. They didn't provide drinking water. Breakfast cost extra, yet I had to pick between only two prepared options, Poha or a generic South Indian dish. There was no flexibility or freshness. If you expect even basic hospitality, look elsewhere.
