The photos are misleading. The rooms looked nothing like them, and the place felt so shady and pathetic that it made me want to break someone’s head. There was no dustbin, the rooms had no ventilation, and the water heater seemed to work on its own schedule. Service was pathetic, there were lots of flies, and a bottle of water cost extra. We booked a triple sharing room, then were told an extra mattress would cost extra. They gave us one towel for the whole room and asked us to share it. The bathroom exhaust fan was missing, leaving a big open hole. When I opened the curtains, the curtain and bar fell on my head. The only good thing was the bed and blanket, which kept us warm in freezing temperatures. There are much better hotels nearby. Don’t book this place.

We booked for 14 people, and it was the worst experience ever. The property is right on the highway, and they take full advantage of its location. The owner and staff were very rude and argumentative, and the owner refused to take responsibility for any problems, telling guests to cooperate more. Our room hadn’t been cleaned. When we pointed out the garbage, staff argued that they’d already cleaned it, then agreed to clean. We’d booked triple sharing, but at check-in they demanded extra payment or told us to adjust on the same bed. There was only one towel, with lipstick marks, and they said each room gets just one. We had to argue to get two clean towels for the three of us. For the extra person, they gave us a mattress and bedsheet but no pillow, even after we asked. There was no dustbin, and they wouldn’t bring drinking water despite repeated requests. The flush in one room didn’t work. The rooms were unhygienic, service basic or missing, and the Google photos were false. Never stay here, it’s a total waste of money.

Link way /silver land is near the Manali bus station, but they keep adjusting guests into shared rooms. The rooms were dusty and unclean, the bedsheets dirty, and the staff behaved badly. The head manager was poor at handling problems and simply ignored us whenever we tried to discuss the room issues, so we had to keep going back. They advertised hot water in the bathroom, but it didn’t work after check-in. Breakfast was offered but never provided. We think the kitchen has been closed for years. The doors break easily, there’s no privacy because the windows open onto the staircase, and the TV didn’t work. Please don’t book a room here.

Really good hotel, and the service was good too.
