Bombay Beach Resort

The Platinum Dome was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and its peaceful atmosphere and beach view made the stay feel special. Our attender, Dip Bhowmik, was polite, attentive, helpful, and professional throughout. His caring manner made us feel welcome. We had a lovely, relaxing beach break at Bombay Beach Resort, and would recommend it. Looking forward to another visit.

The location right by the beach was excellent, and the staff were genuinely kind and did their best to help us during our 2 days there with family. The property itself felt neglected, though. Hallways and floor mats were dusty, and the overall cleanliness disappointed us. The pool was tiny and didn't look properly cleaned or maintained, while the breakfast space was cramped and quickly became uncomfortable when crowded. Breakfast choices were limited and underwhelming. Our “Executive” room looked nothing like the photos, felt old and worn, and paying extra for it seemed a waste. It didn't feel premium at all. I also wouldn't trust the 5 star reviews too readily, since guests are repeatedly asked to leave 5 star ratings, making them feel unreliable. For the price and photos, this was far below expectations. Anyone looking for a premium resort will be disappointed.

I've returned to Bombay Beach Resort a few times, and the team keeps impressing me with the food, accommodation, service, and their manner. The stay runs smoothly from check-in to check-out. Rooms 305 & 306 were premium, spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean, including the toilet and bathroom. There were good choices in both Veg and Non veg dishes, and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and courteous, especially Nabakumar and Debasish. They understood what we needed, responded even in the middle of the night, and called to make sure we didn't miss the complimentary breakfast. Always smiling and greeting us, never frustrated. The only real drawback was the Wi-Fi in our room. It was poor enough to affect Smart TV use and mobile connectivity, so we mostly had to rely on mobile data. The rest of our stay at Bombay Beach Resort from 1st Feb to 4th Feb was very satisfying and relaxing. Service was excellent and courteous, and the food was tasty, well prepared, and varied across meals. The beautiful swimming pool and private beach access added a luxurious feel. Manik deserves a special mention for being exceptionally helpful and polite, responding promptly whenever we called and making sure we were comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it for a luxurious, relaxing stay, and fixing the Wi-Fi would make the experience even better.
