The staff and manager were very cooperative. They changed one of our rooms twice, first because of a faulty AC and then a torn bedsheet, and handled our requests right away. Thanks for that. We had two sea-facing rooms on the first floor for a two-day family visit to Mandarmani, but they badly need renovation. We noticed a broken switchboard, a broken bathroom commode, a dirty chair, an AC that was so-so, and a TV that didn’t work.

It’s a mid-range option for a weekend, family holiday or couple’s break, and the sea views are a draw. Room options include Deluxe AC Rooms, Sea-facing Premium Rooms and Family Suites. They have AC, a flat-screen TV, an attached bathroom with geyser and room service. Beds are comfortable, with sea breeze and natural light, though some rooms may look old and WiFi can be weak. Ask for a newly renovated room if that matters. The swimming pool and car parking area were the good parts. Everything else was a very bad experience: room service, food and the condition of the room. Staff were very rude. The owner wasn’t available, so just one or two staff members were left handling everything. 😞😞😞

The service was awful, and both the staff and manager behaved badly. They have their own rules but don’t tell you before check-in, then bring in new rules afterwards. Don’t go.
